Hello and thank you from everyone at Truncheon Empire for deciding to support our server. You are probably wondering what to do next now that you have purchased something from our web shop. Well this readme will give you that explanation so please keep reading to find out what your next steps are.

1. Once you receive the confirmation email with your order details, please screenshot it and save it to your desktop or to a place you will be able to find it.
2. Once you have save the screenshot, please go into our discord server and find "support-tickets" https://discord.com/channels/861785480328249395/867234831673720882
3. Once there, please follow the instructions listed there to open a support ticket.
4. Now find that screenshot you took of the confirmation email and post that into the newly made support ticket.
5. Once either Isa or Qeassa sees the ticket you created, they will take the information in the screenshot and verify the purchase.
6. Once verified:
   1. Conan
      • Memberships - You will receive a discord role matching the membership you purchased and when an admin is available in-game, they will get you the same rank applied to they character listed in the order.
      • In-Game Coin - When an admin is available in-game, they will get you the coin that you purchased. Once you have the coin, you can "/warp store" or go see the caravan at the market to be warped to the portal room where you can go through the portal to the market. The store is located near the main market.
      • Pet Warranty - Your name and desired pet to have the warranty will be added to our records for future reference if in the unfortunate event you need that pet respawned because it dies or gets lost.
   2. Empyrion
      • Items - When an admin is available in-game, they will get you the items you purchased.
